Complaints

Dear clients,
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, any complaints related to our services can be submitted as follows:

1.) In writing at the business premises of the company: AD ACTA PRIJEVODI D.O.O., ULICA GRADA VUKOVARA 222, 10 000 ZAGREB
2.) By post (recommended post) to the company’s address: AD ACTA PRIJEVODI D.O.O., ULICA GRADA VUKOVARA 222, 10 000 ZAGREB
3.) Electronically (via e-mail) to the company’s address: info@prijevodiadacta.com

Please make sure that the complaint contains the following information:

  • Name and surname, address of the complainant
  • Detailed description of the factual situation for which the complaint is filed
  • Copy of the invoice for the service

The complainant will receive a written response to the submitted complaint at the address provided in the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
